In this workshop, we will focus on self-analysis and use different healing techniques to help you uncover and release thoughts, feelings, and emotions toward a greater sense of inner peace. We’ll be leveraging various techniques, such as journaling to process thoughts, the eye movement exercise (derived from EMDR) to release emotions, arts to explore and express what words can’t, and mind-body practices to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
