Join us at Luxe Wellness for an evening focused on understanding stress in a new way. This event begins with a 30-minute expert-led presentation exploring how stress can be harnessed as a tool for resilience, focus, and overall well-being, while also discussing the impact stress can have on skin health.

Following the talk, guests will have time to explore, ask questions, and experience several of the wellness tools we use to support recovery, nervous system regulation, and overall performance.

5:30 PM – Expert Presentation: Harnessing Stress
6:00–7:30 PM – Live demos, mini consults, and wellness exploration

• Expert-led presentation on reframing and utilizing stress
• Live demos of Shiftwave and Red Light Therapy
• Mini consult opportunities with Luxe Wellness providers
• Demonstrations of wellness tools including Dharma Dr. Tabs and Hoolest
