About the event:
Join us at Vitalize Community Studio on June 9th, from 2:30-4:00pm. We’ll start with about 30 minutes of gentle yoga, then settle into a reclined position for guided meditation and intention setting. We’ll flow into an immersive sound bath, centered on the energetically enriching sounds of crystal singing bowls, coupled with an audio landscape of nature sounds and Native American flute. Wear something comfortable. The yoga movement will be gentle, and intentional. Yoga mats, bolsters, yoga blankets, and optional eye coverings available. Feel free to bring your favorite pillow and fuzzy blanket to make yourself as comfortable as possible for the final phases of our practice.
The event will start at 4:00pm and last for 90 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled.
