Hello, Cindy here. I believe in the innate ability of every individual to live fully and wholly, embracing resilience without letting experiences define them. With over 15 years as a hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer, I connect deeply with the mind-body relationship. My work focuses on healing trauma, fostering better relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and empowering individuals to confidently shape their own paths. I guide people in building resilience and harmony, viewing life’s challenges as opportunities for growth.
As a sound healer, I use sound instruments to activate the body’s natural healing processes, reducing stress, boosting creativity, and improving sleep quality. Sound healing enhances the hypnotic trance, allowing for deeper transformations. My background as a black belt in Hapkido, a Korean martial art, complements this work by encouraging leadership, vocal empowerment, and the embodiment of confidence and self-esteem.
