The experience begins with a 75-minute, deeply meditative Yin Yoga class led by Chris, while Kevin provides hands-on Reiki healing to enhance your energetic alignment, all set to the ethereal, uplifting musical resonance of Lindsey's cello. As you emerge from the deep stretches, you'll be treated to a powerful 15-minute sound bath savasana featuring crystal singing bowls, rain stick, ocean drum, and more to completely wash away stress and leave your vibration fully elevated and harmonious.
