Join me at Evolution Pilates’ tranquil new location at the Culver Road Armory on August 28th, for the third session of our Summer Soundbath series every last Wednesday of the month!If your weekends are bustling and hectic over the summer months, this dual offering invites you to enjoy a mid-week refreshment of peaceful stress relief and inner relaxation.
From 6:30-7pm, Michelle will offer an optional, grounding Pilates mat class - designed to calm the body and prepare you for maximum relaxation during the sound session. Then experience full immersion in a powerful field of sonic vibrations from etheric crystal singing bowls, atmospheric chimes, rolling gongs, and the cleansing ocean drum. Feel your mind relax amongst the gentle waves as the soothing soundscape quiets any fleeting thoughts and welcomes your consciousness to explore within during the 75 minute session.
Tips for maximum enjoyment:
-Wear comfortable clothing
-Bring any personal items to ensure your total comfort (eye mask, yoga mat, neck pillow, blanket, bolster, etc.)
-Refrain from eating immediately before the practice
-Plan to arrive ~10 minutes early so you can get fully settled and comfortable before we begin
-Please silence your phone or leave it outside
