A gorgeous Cotswolds Countryside circular 6.7mile walk to catch a sunset from the top of Haresfield Beacon.We meet on the road next to Haresfield Cricket Pitch

We start the walk at 1pm by heading down the road and crossing the railway, then back across the Railway by bridge and across a few cattle fields, before we go through Oxlynch village and Standish Park Estate where we may find more farmyard animals.
We then start heading uphill and through Standish Woods and catch the views firstly from the Topogragh before heading to Haresfield Beacon for the Sunset at 4:03pm.
After sunset we head down a steep hill and steep road back into the Village of Haresfield, please remember torches, especially for the road downhill.
I expect to be back at the cars for about 5pm.
For anyone who is keen, after the walk we can find a nearby pub for a tasty Pub Food and drinks.
This walk has the potential of cattle during the walk. So, again not suitable for dogs.
