The Hardrocker Heritage Awards Gala is a semi-formal evening dedicated to reconnecting with the Hardrocker family over an exquisite, locally-inspired meal.
This year, we are proud to present a curated Farm-to-Table menu, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared with culinary precision.

The Menu
First Course
· Spring Harvest Salad: Compressed heirloom vegetables and spring greens topped with whipped goat cheese, toasted sunflower seeds, basil oil, and a wildflower honey vinaigrette. (Allergen: Dairy)

· Roasted Chicken Roulade: Herb-infused chicken with roasted squash and herb mousse, mushroom duxelles, glazed tri-colored carrots, parsnip-Yukon Gold puree, and a rich Madeira jus. (Allergen: Dairy)
· Seared Beef Tenderloin: Tender seared beef paired with parsnip-Yukon Gold puree, glazed tri-colored carrots, and a signature huckleberry red wine jus. (Allergen: Dairy)
· Roasted Squash & Mushroom (Vegetarian): A hearty wild mushroom fricassee with caramelized onions, whipped goat cheese, parsnip-Yukon puree, and a roasted vegetable-shallot jus. (Allergen: Dairy)
