- 5 PM - 7 PM Early Registration & Meet & Greet & Pin Trading.
- Cash Bar Available.
- Silent Disco Event on the Wave Terrace 8 - 11pm (Free for hotel guests)
SATURDAY, AUGUST 15:
- 10 AM - Registration Opens
- 12pm - 4pm Cash Bar & Light Snacks
- 11 AM Short welcome w/Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach & Kids Rock The Nation
- 11:30 AM Custom Event Pin Released & Pin Trading, Silent Auction, Custom Guitar Raffle, Pin Board Raffle, 50/50 Raffle
- 4 PM Winners Announced for all raffles
- 5 PM Group Photo & Scavenger Hunt
- 8 PM - 11 PM - Live Entertainment 8 - 11pm

SUNDAY, AUGUST 16 (meals are not included)

PARKING INFORMATION:
Day of event valet parking is $35+tx per car!
Overnight valet parking is $42+tx per car!
Self-Parking is located across the street from the hotel. Spaces are limited on a first-come, first serve basis. $25+tx per car self-parking fees apply!!
Bike Parking: $20+tx per bike!
PLEASE NOTE: The public beach parking lot has no affiliation with the Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach. You must have a valid Volusia County parking permit to park in the beach lot. Parking in the public beach lot is at your own risk. No parking after 11pm!!
