Texas Christian University is advancing a major mixed-use development that will transform its east campus into a vibrant, pedestrian-oriented student district. The project team includes Endeavor Real Estate Group, RAMSA, Lake Flato, OHT Partners, and The Beck Group.
This site tour will focus specifically on the portions of the development being constructed by The Beck Group, including five student housing buildings totaling approximately 2,800 beds across three parcels. As the project is currently under construction, attendees will not see finished spaces or completed exterior wall systems. The on-campus parking structure is part of the overall scope but is not included in this tour.
The Beck Group is serving as the general contractor for these components, supporting the delivery of a cohesive campus environment that enhances connectivity and student life. The tour will provide attendees with insight into construction sequencing, site logistics, and coordination strategies required to execute multiple buildings concurrently within an active campus environment.
**PPE & Requirements:
- Required: hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and closed toe boots
- Recommended: Long pants
- Required: Signed safety waiver (will be provided to attendees)
- Attendees must follow all construction site safety protocols
