On behalf of myself and the AYA Foundation, congratulations! We are thrilled to welcome you as a vendor for the AYA Foundation’s Harambee Annual Holiday Market 2025.

Your business has been selected to join a dynamic collective of entrepreneurs, artisans, and community leaders who are shaping local commerce through creativity, connection, and culture. Thank you for completing your baseline survey — it helps us better understand your business and ensures we can continue to support you through Harambee and other AYA Foundation programs and resources in the future.

Things to Remember:

Arrival and Setup

Vendors are expected to arrive between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM on Friday, November 21st to begin setup. New Hope Baptist Church - 3701 Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO 80205 All setup must be completed by 11:30 AM.

***NOTE: Vendors arriving after 11:30 AM will not be permitted to set up once the market has opened to the public.

What to Bring

Business cards and signage for visibility and networking.
Table coverings (cloths, décor, or branded materials) to create a professional and welcoming display.
Display materials, marketing items, and/or small giveaways to attract attendees.
Extension cords or power strips, if you require electricity (please note in your assessment form).
Your own office supplies—such as tape, pens, paper, markers, tape measure, electronic devices, chargers, etc.—as these items will not be available on site.
