Happy Hour Experimental Yoga
Introducing workshop-based, experimental yoga sessions where various instructors in the Oakland area will come lead a spontaneous yoga based upon the requests of the audience and what they're working on. Previous sessions have included vinyasa flow, meditation, and deep stretching. No experience necessary, just bring your positive energy and an open mind!
Donation-based (suggested $15-30) at the door, nobody is turned away.
