About this Event
Did you know that having good friends can make you healthier? Yep, there’s science behind it! Discover how having meaningful social connections, awesome friends and feeling like you got “your people” in life, can impact your health and wellness in ways you never imagined.
What to expect:
6pm - 6:30pm - Mix and mingle with a great group of people over light bites and drinks (yes, there will be alcohol) 😁
6:30pm - 7:30pm - Hear from Dr. Scott Kaiser of the Pacific Neuroscience Institute in our Fireside Chat. He’ll dish out the facts about friendship, loneliness, and how they affect our minds and bodies. Dr. Kaiser is also Co-Founder and CEO of Determined Health, a company dedicated to creating meaningful connections between people as a way to help them become healthier. We'll have some interactive Q&A from all of you, followed by a fun exercise to help you meet the new faces in the room.
Join us to expand your social circle, discover why it's so darn important, and hey... maybe even find your new future BFF on the floor! 🤩
