Plant people — and those who want to be —We’re launching a Plant + Sip series at Haiku AVL called Happy Hour Horticulture.
Start at the bar, grab a drink, then head into the garden and get your hands in the dirt.
Led by our HGIC (Head Gardener in Charge), Ali — she knows her plants inside and out and makes it all feel easy. You’ll learn something, make something, and leave with a little more confidence than you came with.
Happening the last Wednesday/Thursday of the month.
Classes:
Terrarium Class - April 30
Build your own mini ecosystem in glass and learn how to keep it thriving.
Kokedama Class - May 27th
Create a moss-wrapped plant — simple, sculptural, and surprisingly addictive.
Bouquet Making Class - June 25th
Work with seasonal stems to build a natural, balanced arrangement you’ll actually be proud of.
All classes are beginner-friendly and include materials. Drinks available at the bar — sipping encouraged.
Classes are small (max 10), so they fill fast.
Good drinks, good people, and a little dirt under your nails.
