Whether you’ve always been curious about the pottery wheel or just want to try something new, our Adult Classes are perfect for you.

For just $29 per person:
- Have your own wheel for 30 minutes.
- Includes 1 pound of clay and the firing of 1 piece*.
- $10 non-refundable deposit required to reserve, with the balance paid at the studio.

Important Things to Know:
This is an experience designed for beginners, and we focus on helping you through the basics. We will focus on leading you through throwing a small bowl shape We do not guarantee you’ll make a fire-able piece*, but if not, you can choose a finished piece as a memento of your session.
*Ceramics are an extremely unpredictable medium and we are unable to guarantee pieces won't crack during the multiple phases of the process (drying, bisque fire and glaze firing). Please note ceramics also shrink approximately 15% from the time you throw it to final firing.
- Classes begin & end at published times and last approximately 30 minutes to include an instructor demo and a chance to throw your own piece on the wheel
- If your piece survives the firing process, we’ll apply your chosen glaze and complete the final glaze firing. Total turnaround time is approximately 4-6 weeks before your piece is ready for pick-up.
- If time permits, additional clay can be purchased for $5 per pound and additional pieces you want to glaze and fire can be added for $15 each.

Before You Register:
- No cancels/reschedules within 48 hours of the class
- No credits or refunds are issued in the event of a no-show
- Ages 16 and up.
- All people in the wheel area must be registered, no spectators
- No open-toed shoes.
- Fingernails may get dirty or break.
- Wear comfortable clothing that can get messy (no skirts/dresses/kilts).
- No loose jewelry or rings.
- Long hair should be tied back.
