About this Event
Pain and relief in the body can both start form the ground up.
Climbers, dancers, runners, high heel wearers, people with toes, all of you can benefit from spending an hour with us on Wednesday the 11th.
I'm Kate: rock climber, hiker, massage therapist, movement teacher. body nerd, and barefoot human (not barefoot shoes, just literally barefoot) most of the time.
And I'm Bonnie: Salsa and Belly dancer, Pilates instructor, massage therapist, and yoga teacher who 's constantly thinking about my toes.
We'll teach you self massages, movement techniques, exercises and some basic foot facts to help you keep your feet and everything above them happy and feeling good.
After the workshop, we'll be hanging out and socializing at Town Hall Collaborative, so plan to stay a while and chat with other cool people while enjoying a drink from the bar. Town Hall has awesome bartenders and a tasty selection of drinks for all types, NA included. Plus, it's an awesome hang out space and will be filled with awesome people - like you!
Bring a friend, your clean feet (we'll have some wipes you can use) and a good attitude, we'll bring the rest.
