Happiness and ease aren’t as far away as they sometimes feel—they’re closer than you think, and laughter is one of the quickest ways to get there.
Join us for an uplifting hour designed to help you:
• Lift your mood and boost your happiness
• Support your immune system
• Connect with others in a genuinely joyful way
Together, we’ll breathe, stretch, laugh with our problems (instead of at them), and wind things down with a short, deeply relaxing meditation. It’s playful, lighthearted, and—yes—completely free.
Laughter really is contagious. If you can smile, giggle, or even just sigh dramatically, you can do this. All you need is a little openness and a willingness to play.
