It's a snowdhoe workout. It's outdoors. It's the sunrise. Join Arboretum Hill Club as they celebrate winter with fun free 31 minute workouts for all ages and all fitness levels.
Arboretum Hill Club: Since 2018, AHC has led over 410 free workouts for the community. Dress for winter success and join the Friday jam. Post-workout, come on out to the AHC Friday java social at Bridgehead (130 Anderson)
Happiness Habits 613: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness.
