It's our first chance in 2025 for Happiness Habits 613 to join in on the amazing Capital Sessions at the National Arts Centre!
Join @riseashen spinning the tunes, @misstangentlee showing the moves, and a few special guest dance stars as we learn some great dance moves! Bring your boogie shoes and let’s have some Sunday Funday together!
Capital Sessions: This is a community house dance practice where they share their love of house dance & feature different DJs and dancers! The music is loud soulful house from the 4 corners of the globe and the guest dancers come in to share and teach some basics from their movement repertoire. Dance instruction and open practice time … no experience necessary!
Happiness Habits 613 😀: We are a grassroots group in Ottawa-Gatineau created in 2015 that cultivates healthy habits in the community through the 9 Pillars of Happiness. Join us throughout February 2025 for free in-person indoor and outdoor events.. @tammynutrition & @bytownboy are Happiness Habits 613’s coleads in 2025.
