Indoors Movement Meet! Handstands and flexiblity in Bath with Bryony, Joe and Paul

Join us for our first winter meet up! Handstands and flexibility indoors at St. Swithans in Bath. We will have a structured approach on the day, helping you with specific skills and drills.

Come join the crew and work on your handstand skills, strength and flexibility. All levels welcome. We are excited to see you all again and hopefully welcome some new faces. Stick around for coffee, cake and laughs in the cafe afterwards!
