About this Event
Through a blend of contact improvisation, dance, and holistic movement practices, we will discover how to support, guide, and share weight with others.
You’ll learn how proper support can transform your balance, confidence, and body awareness — both when giving and receiving. Step by step, we’ll build up from simple grounding and touch exercises to more dynamic partnered handstands and acrobatic elements.
We’ll move alone, in pairs, and in groups, exploring how connection can enhance control. The goal is not perfection, but to develop sensitivity, communication, and confidence through shared practice.
This workshop is open to all levels — whether you’re new to handstands or an experienced mover. Come ready to explore, play, and connect.
