Get off your feet and on your hands in this fun and challenging all levels workshop that will play with not just handstands, but a variety of hand and arm balances.
We will explore the relationship between strength, flexibility and leverage in getting upside down as we break each posture into its core components.
Joseph and Edgar teach with a focus on keeping class down to earth, fun and relatable. You'll leave this workshop with a clear idea of where you need to get stronger and where you
need to let go.
