Sign up for this free, condensed version of the CPR, AED & Stop the Bleed class instructed by Poudre Fire Authority (PFA). This non-certifying class teaches CPR and AED use to increase the ability of bystanders to provide lifesaving CPR in the first few minutes after a cardiac arrest. Participants will also learn how to identify life-threatening bleeding and perform Stop the Bleed actions.
The PFA Outreach and Education Team is excited to host this series of classes at fire stations with your local firefighters.
Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment with hands-on practice. This condensed version will teach the basics needed to greatly increase someone’s chance of survival in those precious few minutes before professional first responders arrive.
Space is limited so sign up to reserve your spot. Youth as young as 12 years old are welcome if accompanied by a parent/guardian.
