Hands-Only CPR, AED, and Choking First Aid Workshop

Come join our FREE hands-only CPR class! Learn the skills to help someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest, including how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). We will also cover the abdominal thrust maneuver to help someone who is choking. A brief presentation on the skills -- then we'll practice each one.
