Kevin Loi-Heng is the Co-Founder of Avalon Insights. He has worked at the intersection of technology, education and ethics, supporting businesses and leaders across the UK, Africa, and Europe, delivering teaching, consulting and supporting global initiatives.
As an academic, Kevin has both taught and conducted extensive research, working with university labs such as the Computational Philosophy Lab at Northeastern. He has delivered keynote talks at Tech Parks, the United Nations, and Technology Summits in the UK, Africa and Japan.
Thomas Akintan is the Co-founder of Avalon Insights. He has extensive experience implementing AI and software for multinational companies across the UK, EMEA and North America.
He has worked hands‑on in AI implementation and strategy to drive real operational value for companies such as across miltiple sectors; UK education bodies , International association of science parks (IASP), Innovation 2020, British Independent retail association, BT Small Business Britain, as well as numerous SMEs and charitiy organisations in the UK and internationally. His work supports upskilling teams in ethical and human‑centred AI adoption, helping people understand and use AI responsibly to achieve their goals.
