Pip Lawrence is the Interim COO at West Kent Mind, a wellbeing specialist with entrepreneurial roots. Her experience includes building a wellbeing start‑up into a national programme acquired by a corporate wellbeing company in under five years, leadership wellbeing coaching and workplace wellbeing consultancy. Pip's purpose driven ethos led her to the charity sector where she is currently on a mission to increase West Kent Mind's sustainability and impact through supporting socially driven organizations to create mentally thriving, inclusive, resilient cultures.
West Kent Mind exists to bridge a critical gap in mental health support across the West Kent region. Right now, around 38,500 adults in West Kent face an impossible choice: wait between 6-18 weeks for NHS services while their mental health deteriorates or pay for private therapy that’s simply unaffordable for so many.
West Kent Mind is here for adults and children with mental health problems, offering local, personal and heartfelt support because we believe no one should face a mental health problem alone.
