About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you’ll be diving right in and making our dish with ingredients prepared by our Eataly kitchens. Our Scuola Chef will prepare a curated antipasto for you to taste in the class. You then get to enjoy your culinary creation straight out of the burner.
About this Dish: While thought to be a classic Italian dessert, Tiramisù only dates back to the 1960’s. Espresso-soaked ladyfingers are layered with sweet mascarpone cream and then dusted with cocoa powder. Today’s chefs are introducing new, modern twists on this beloved dessert highlighting the season or regional specialties.
In this Class You Will:
- Learn about the traditions and culture of Italian desserts
- Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Tiramisu Classico and two twists on the dish – Pistachio and Limoncello
- Make your own Tiramisu Classico from scratch by hand
- Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and Tiramisu prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing

- One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
- Seating is first-come, first-served
- Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
- All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
- Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
