Designed for those who want to truly do sourdough—this experience allows you to follow the entire process from start to finish in a shared kitchen space.
Each participant will mix, shape, and bake their own sourdough loaf while learning how to properly feed and care for sourdough starter. You’ll gain confidence working with dough, understanding fermentation, and reading the stages of sourdough baking—all with guided, step-by-step instruction.
