Join us at the Nest for our Sourdough Bread-Making Class with Reanna, of Re's Bread!
Class Description:
This format is fully hands-on, guiding participants through every step of the sourdough-making process. Each student will learn how to:
- Feed and maintain a sourdough starter
- Mix their dough
- Perform stretch-and-folds
- Shape and score their dough
Each participant will take home:
- A jar of sourdough starter
- A mixing bowl with the dough they make during class, which they’ll bake at home the next day
- A printed sourdough guide with step-by-step instructions
- A straight-edge razor for scoring their dough
- Another pre prepared dough,which they’ll bake at home
- A proofing basket
During the workshop, we’ll also enjoy a bread and butter tasting, featuring the same bread recipe we’ll be learning in class.
🎁 Each participant will receive a coupon for 10% off one regular-priced item up to $100, or 5% off one regular-priced item up to $1,000, at the shop, good for one week from the date of the class.
No experience necessary. All supplies will be provided.
It is suggested that you arrive early for your class.
