Self protection is just not physical strength but a mental perspective-a way of looking at something that will influence the outcome to your benefit.In this journey we will begin to bring that physical and mental preparedness forefront. You must start somewhere, let’s start with ourselves. The old adage-if you do not take care of yourself, how can you take care of anyone else?
As we age our flexibility, balance and strength become diminished and we become the “low hanging fruit” for an attacker. We will work on building up all these strengths as well as hands on self defense techniques. If you have injuries, you will be among friends.

Tennis shoes
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
Water or something to hydrate with.
