It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on class, our Pizzaiuolo will guide you through how to prepare Pizza Napoletana.
About this Event

It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Pizzaiuolo will teach you how to prepare Pizza Napoletana in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!

Welcome to the world of pizza! There are many different types of pizzas across Italy. One of the most famous styles of pizza, Pizza Napoletana is a round dough that is baked for only 90 seconds in a blisteringly hot wood-fired oven. The crust is tall and fluffy with a soft and chewy center. In this class, you'll make your own pizza dough from scratch to take home as well as prepare an individual pizza to enjoy in class.

In this Class You Will:

  • Learn about the traditions and culture of Pizza Napoletana
  • Observe as our Pizzaiuolo teaches the group how to make Pizza Napoletana
  • Make your own Pizza Napoletana dough from scratch by hand to take home
  • Top your own Pizza Napoletana to enjoy in class
  • Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and an individual Pizza Napoletana alongside a wine pairing
