Bring your amore for this Date Night Edition of this class. It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you'll dive right in to making pasta yourself from scratch. Our Scuola Chef will then then prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!
About this Dish:
Penne all’Arrabbiata is a fiery Roman classic made with penne pasta, garlic, tomatoes, and chili peppers. The name “arrabbiata,” meaning “angry,” refers to the bold heat of the dish, balanced by the sweetness of ripe tomatoes. In this class, you’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch.
In this Class You Will:
- Learn about the traditions and culture of Penne Alla Arrabiata
- Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Penne Alla Arrabiata
- Make your own penne from scratch by hand
- Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and Penne Alla Arrabiata prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing

- One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

- Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
- All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
- Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
