About this Event
Step into a warm, communal space at JoLa Café (JoLa Coffee-Bar-Kitchen) in Portland’s beloved Johns Landing neighborhood and slow down with your hands in the dough.
What’s Included with Your Ticket
- A 2.5–3 hour hands-on pasta-making workshop in an intimate group setting
- Fresh pasta made by you to enjoy and take home
- A family-style pasta dinner with wine
- All ingredients, tools, and instruction provided
- An intimate, communal experience (limited group size)
This intimate, hands-on pasta-making workshop is about more than learning technique — it’s about gathering, creating, and sharing food together. You’ll roll, shape, and craft fresh pasta from scratch at flour-dusted tables in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Guided by Pasta Serafina, guests learn traditional methods while connecting with others, sharing laughs, and enjoying the simple pleasure of making something beautiful by hand. After cooking together, guests gather around the table to enjoy a family-style pasta dinner with wine.
No experience is necessary. Whether you come with friends or on your own, you’ll leave with fresh pasta, new skills, and the feeling of having spent an evening in a friends home.
This experience is designed to feel like cooking in a friend’s kitchen — space is limited to keep it personal and hands-on.
