Without the Hands-on assessment, it doesn’t matter how many questions we ask or what kind of technology solutions we try - there is no way to really know what the body needs unless we take a thorough and relevant look at the body first
In the absence of conducting a full hands-on assessment the risk is high for omissions and errors in our documentation, justification and recommendations.
