About this Event
Using simple ingredients, you’ll practice traditional techniques like curd setting, heating, and stretching to create soft, stretchy mozzarella. By the end of class, you’ll shape and taste your own homemade cheese, ready to bring home and enjoy in classic Italian dishes. Learn how to craft fresh, homemade mozzarella from scratch in this hands-on, mozzarella cheese-making class. You’ll discover how simple ingredients can be transformed into a soft, stretchy mozzarella cheese using traditional techniques of curd setting, cutting, heating, and stretching.From achieving the perfect curd texture to mastering the signature stretch and shine, you’ll gain the confidence to make delicious mozzarella in your own kitchen. By the end of class, you’ll shape and taste your very own fresh mozzarella to bring home, perfect for enjoying in classic dishes inspired by Italy. Limited seats are available, so don’t wait until it’s too late!
A full bar will be available throughout the evening for purchase of wine, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

- This event takes place within our Great Room at LaBelle Winery in Amherst, NH.
- Tickets purchased together will be seated together. If you would also like to be seated with those from another online order, please enter their names in the “Additional Information” section during checkout.
- Guests will create a hands-on recipe during class; please be prepared to get a little messy.
- Tickets are electronic and will be emailed to you immediately upon purchase online. The name on the ticket does not need to match the name of the person attending.
