About this Event
Microgreens are quick and easy to grow. With a sunny window or simple light you can grow your own in just a week or two. Join Kate Solko owner-operator of Root to Rise Farm for a hands-on class, where you will learn about selecting micro seeds, suitable repurposed containers, microgreen seeding and watering, and finding the perfect spot in your kitchen. Attendees will start their own broccoli microgreens and pea shoots to take home, and receive recipes for creative ways to use their homegrown micros.
