11:15 AM: Hands-On Work Session, Round 1
Open your books and get to work. Dawn will be on the floor to help you with categorization, reconciliation, chart of accounts setup, or whatever your biggest pain point is. A pro bookkeeping tip is shared at the top of every hour.
12:15 PM: Lunch Break + Open Q&A
Step away, grab lunch, and bring your questions. Dawn will be available for real, personalized answers — no generic advice here.
1:00 PM: Hands-On Work Session, Round 2
Back to work with continued 1-on-1 support. Common focus areas include invoicing, expense tracking, running reports, and payroll setup.
