After cooking, sit down to enjoy your freshly made Canederli, thoughtfully paired with wines selected and presented by an expert from Alto Adige. About This Dish:
This winter, the Alps are closer than ever, at Eataly! Found throughout northeastern Italy, Canederli are traditional bread dumplings similar to Austrian and German knödel. In this class, you’ll prepare Canederli al Burro e Fontina, finished with melted butter and grated Alta Badia cheese, a classic expression of Alpine comfort food.
