We are excited to invite you to join us for an engaging evening with friends of Hands On Hartford, new and old, as we celebrate our legacy that has changed lives in Hartford since 1969! Please join us for Hands On Hartford’s annual celebration, "Hands & Hearts Together"! This year's theme is "Celebrating Our Legacy" which will celebrate our 55 years as nonprofit agency serving the needs of Hartford in the areas of food, housing and health. In addition, we will also be celebrating the legacy of our Executive Director, Barbara Shaw, who will be retiring later this year.
Our event will be held at the beautiful Convention Center on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 5:30-8:30pm!
The night will include a reception with wine, beer and eclectic hors d'oeuvres stations from 5:30-7:00pm, a commemorative program, a live auction at the event and silent online auction, and entertainment provided by the "The Bernadettes", CT's premier R&B, Funk, Soul & Eclectic dance and show band!
Get ready to bid on some fabulous auction items (silent auction link will go live in early October) and enjoy a memorable night for a great cause!

Your attendance and donations are instrumental in providing vital services to our community; all funds raised go to supporting our many food, housing and health initiatives, including our MANNA Community Food Pantry, kids’ Backpack Nutrition Program, Homeless Outreach and Day Center programs, Neighborhood Services, Faces of Homelessness Speakers’ Bureau, Community Engagement activities, and our Gather55 restaurant (a restaurant open to all, regardless of ability to pay).
