• 5 min – Ice Breakers: “Shake Your Sillies Off” to energize children and loosen up their bodies.
• 5 min – Name Song: Interactive singing using children’s names to foster connection and presence.
• 10 min – Handpan Introduction: Demonstrate the Handpan’s soothing and playful sounds, encouraging curiosity and wonder.
• 10 min – Clap & Tap: Children respond to rhythms through clapping and tapping, enhancing listening skills and coordination.
• 10 min – Move & Flow: Guided free movement to Handpan tunes, allowing self-expression and joyful embodiment of music.
• 5 min – Relaxation: Lie down and absorb gentle Handpan melodies, cultivating calm and mindful awareness.

Shruti Prasad is a Handpan artist, sound healer, movement facilitator, and educator, sharing the transformative magic of music and mindful movement. A natural flow artist, she draws endless inspiration from Nature and sees children as vibrant wildflowers, blooming freely and uniquely.
