This experience supports relaxation, intentional inner work, and a gentle release of daily noise, creating a meditative container for presence and subtle insight.Expect soothing, immersive music that encourages stillness, grounding, and a heightened state of awareness.
What to bring: Blanket, cushion, yoga mat, or anything comfortable to sit or lie on. Eye masks and water are welcome.
