About this Event
This healing experience begins with a light breathing exercise and meditation. It flows into a crystal bowl sound bath, accompanied by live harp and handpan music. These powerful instruments will balance your energy centers, help you release tension, and guide you into a state of peace and harmony.
Where: This sound bath will be held in The New Yard, a beautiful art gallery in Downtown LA. This inspiring space is filled with creative energy & surrounded by vibrant artwork.
Note: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow if you wish, and wear comfortable clothing.
Doors open at 8 PM. Arrive early to settle in and ground yourself with a cup of soothing herbal tea.
