Welcome to our Dumpling Making Workshop!Our teaching team is composed of experienced chefs and Chinese cuisine enthusiasts who will guide you through the essence of Chinese culinary arts. Our teachers have a deep understanding of the history and culture.
Join us for an interactive and engaging dumpling making workshop where you will learn the art of dumpling making from scratch. This workshop is perfect for anyone interested in exploring the joys of Chinese culinary delights, regardless of their cooking experience.
You will learn the entire process of making dumplings, including the history of dumplings, mixing and kneading the dough, preparing fillings, rolling out dumpling wrappers,
and folding and shaping the dumplings.
You'll learn three different cooking methods to enjoy your handmade dumplings: pan-frying, steaming and boiling. No matter your level of cooking experience, our team will ensure that you gain valuable insights and enjoy the process of making and tasting dumplings! Your filling options are beef or vegetarian, (sorry, no gluten free or vegan options available) - Please make a note of your preference in your booking.

Everyone can make more than 20 dumplings. All cooking materials and equipment supplied. We kindly request that participants bring their own eating utensils and a container for taking their dumplings home.
