HQL CLASS $150, April 19th, 2026 SUNDAY. 10am to 3pm Public Security LLC is hosting the newly updated Handgun Qualification License Class. This is the class that you need in order to buy a pistol in the state of Maryland.Our pistol instructor (Barry Donadio) has been instructing students for over 10 years and is a former member of the U.S. Secret Service. He was assigned to protect President's Bush and Obama at the White House while serving on the tactical Emergency Response Team (ERT). He will use his years of experience to make you the best. He has appeared in over 150 live tv interviews as a subject matter expert on national security, Secret Service and military strategy on major TV news networks.
The cost for the handgun qualification license class HQL is $150 per person. You must sign up in advance by going to our website below and paying the fee to be entered. Upon completion of the class you will receive a certificate of completion. You must go to our website and READ the information regarding the class to be correctly prepared for the training.
