Saint Paul's Music Guild is excited to present Handel's Messiah Part III: Easter Ultimate Victory Over Death!Join us for the service of Evensong and Concert this June 7th at 4:00 pm to hear the mystical final part of Handel's Messiah. This final section of the oratorio focuses on the end of time, specifically the resurrection of the dead and the glorification of Christ in heaven. Centered on biblical passages from the Book of Job and First Corinthians, the music begins with a serene soprano aria, "I know that My Redeemer Liveth," and concludes with the triumphant "Amen" chorus. With choir orchestra and soloists from St. Paul's this concert is not one to be missed.
The concert is open to the public with free will donations gratefully accepted.
