Taught by native from China, participants will have the opportunity to learn about traditional Chinese noodle culture and cooking techniques. Best part, we will be eating delicious hand-pulled noodles that you made! It is easier than you think!CLASSES INCLUDE:
-In this 2.5 hours lesson. we’ll learn, cook and eat delicious hand-pulled noodles in a fun and causal environment! Hand-pulled noodles are chewy, springy and meaty in mouthfeel that you will never get from dried noodles.
-Learn how to make noodle dough from scratch.
-Learn how to turn the dough into Biang Biang hand-pulled noodles
-Learn how to serve the noodles in 2 different homemade sauces!
-All VEGAN sauces (by nature).
-We'll talk about different types of noodles and "Noodle Etiquette"
-All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
-Unlimited tea/coffee!
-BYOB (optional).
