Join artist-in-residence Althea Pestine-Stevens for a two-session class where wool meets whimsy. You’ll learn both wet felting and needle felting as you craft an irresistibly cute cat bookmark—complete with a fuzzy body and expressive little face. No experience? No problem. This class is beginner-friendly, hands-on, and full of creative joy. Whether you're a fiber art newbie or a seasoned maker, you’ll leave with a handmade piece that’s equal parts functional and adorable.
All supplies are included. Space is limited—secure your spot now and let your creativity curl up with something soft and sweet.
Please note that our classes are typically held in the lower level of Arlene's. Because access to the lower level is available only by stair, please let us know if using the stairs presents any difficulty for you in advance of the class so we can make alternate arrangements. We want to make sure everyone is able to enjoy and participate in our classes.
