Descriptions of the class:
Hi!:) This is a group providing participants a safe and fun environment for self-understanding, self-care, expression and building connections with the community. You may freely explore creative movements or tools to nurture your own wellbeing, eg: meditation, relaxation, mindfulness, stretching, self-soothing techniques, etc. You will also learn movement resources that you can apply in daily life during times of stress.
It is suitable for people with or without any dance background.

The group is facilitated by Chloe, a graduate from the Masters of Dance Movement Therapy (MDMT) program in The University of Auckland.
