HANA Connects 'Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing Event'

On behalf of the Health and Wellbeing Steering Group, we are pleased to invite you to HANA Connects – Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing, taking place on Thursday, 8th May from 11:00am – 1:00pm on the 5th Floor, Russell Centre, Tallaght.

This event builds on the ongoing implementation of the Health Assets and Needs Assessment (HANA), which highlights the importance of strengthening community connections, improving awareness of local services, and supporting overall health and wellbeing across Tallaght.

What to expect:

• A relaxed 2-hour networking event focused on meaningful connection and collaboration
• A series of short 10-minute spotlight presentations from local services and initiatives
• No exhibition stands – the format is intentionally designed to maximise conversation and engagement
• Attendees are welcome to bring leaflets or materials to share informally
• Coffee on arrival and lunch served at 12:00pm

This event aims to:

• Strengthen relationships across services and sectors
• Increase awareness of the wide range of supports available in the community
• Support a more connected, collaborative approach to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing
