Hampshire Community Walk and Talk?

Join our volunteers Jane Austin, Kathy Azopardi, Clio Bellenis and Anna Goldsmith, along with members of the Menopause and Cancer community, for a wonderful walk and talk along the coastal path in Hampshire, followed by refreshments and cosying up at the pub. Here you can connect over shared experiences and support one another, meeting people who truly understand your story.

You will be meeting volunteers with the community, starting and finishing outside Cams Mill, the walk will go out and back along the shared coastal path. The path is a mixture of tarmac, rough trail paths and grass; some areas may accumulate mud and leaves, although this won't be thick or deep! Distance is about 2 – 3 miles in total, but we can adjust this (longer/shorter) according to how everyone is feeling.

It is a wonderful chance to connect with the community, make beautiful new connections and get moving! This will be a very casual but beautiful way to meet those who understand your story the most.

10:00 - The Cams Mill Pub

• Parking is available at the pub
• There are bathrooms at the pub (not available until after the walk at 12:00)
• The walk is an easy walk suitable for all levels
